We own and operate a family of direct-to-consumer print-on-demand storefronts, including wittyimprints.com and wearlyo.com (collectively, "our stores").
By using this website or placing an order on any of our stores, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping & Fulfillment Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our sites or place an order.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit them without our written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only, not of the underlying artwork.
You agree not to misuse our websites — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or using our sites in violation of applicable law.
Our websites and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Optimize360 Innovations LLC's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
